Applying pesticides when needed is only one piece of the pest prevention puzzle. Sanitation levels and structural conditions also play a major role. Debris that is missed by employees and left underneath equipment, tables, or shelving can become a breeding ground for pests. During service visits, we pull out any debris that is visible in these areas. Also, gaps and other small openings that we have access to where pests can hide are routinely sealed.

Floor Drains when not properly cleaned regularly can become a breeding ground for Small Filth Flies such as fruit flies and drain flies. Organic materials stick to the sides of the drain forming a layer in which these pests can deposit their eggs. Once born the young lives in this material that they are using as a food source. Throwing bleach or hot water down the drain is not enough to remedy the problem. V+ uses the professional products developed specifically for this issue and has the experience to apply them in order to achieve the best possible results.
